What Makes Our School Unique?
Welcome to Cole Elementary School. Our highly qualified faculty and staff have a strong commitment to the success of children. We will seek to foster every student’s intellectual, physical, emotional, social and cultural growth within a rich and stimulating environment. We will strive to instill a positive attitude about school and promote the development of a positive self concept.
With approximately 11 different nationalities represented among our 660 students, children will learn to look at the world from different perspectives and adapt to change. Our major emphasis continues to be the development of reading, language, writing, and mathematics skills based on District Academic Standards. Standards based science and social studies units are integrated and taught within the curriculum. Students also receive special instruction in art, physical education and music.
