What Makes Our School Unique?
Welcome to Hillsboro High School, home of the Burros and one of the five high schools in Tennessee to receive recognition as an International Baccalaureate World School. Since 1939, Hillsboro has been recognized as one of Nashville’s finest high schools, noted for its academic excellence, diversity, and strong community support. Our students represent a diverse population, including individuals from over forty nations around the world.
As we celebrate our seventy-first year, we continue to build upon the rich traditions and heritage of Hillsboro High School. Our school community is constantly striving to continue our commitment to personal and institutional excellence. In addition to our established Advanced Placement program, the International Baccalaureate program adds another dimension of academic excellence to our school.
We are proud of our school, our staff, and our students, and parents. We invite you to visit us at any time.
