What Makes Our School Unique?
Welcome to John B. Whitsitt Elementary School. We are a PreK-4 school that serves a multicultural population of approximately 560 students. The faculty, staff and administration are dedicated and committed to the children and community they serve.
We are striving daily to provide a quality learning environment that meets the needs of every child. We provide a variety of resources to enhance learning.
We seek and welcome parental involvement. Parental involvement is a key component to student success. We have outstanding PENCIL Partners with Creative Artist Agency and Woodbine United Methodist Church. We are proud of the thousands of volunteer hours worked to assist and tutor students at our school.
John B. Whitsitt Elementary is a special place. It is our belief that all students can learn and that it is our responsibility to ensure that they do.
