Mrs. Perkins has been teaching for more than 25 years.  She has taught in Texas, Memphis, and presently in Nashville.  She is certified to teach grades K-9, but loves the lower grades.  She has taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. 

She recieved her BS and MS degrees from the University of Memphis.  She has won several recognitions for teaching - WDCN Teacher of the Year in 1996,  Who's Who of American Teachers in 2005, and 2006.

Mrs. Perkins was also selected as Una's TEACHER OF THE YEAR for 2007!   We've extremely pleased to have her as part of our Una Team!
