Roving Cafeteria Assistant - Food Service
6.0 Hours - 10 Months - Base Hourly Rate $9.97

Employment Standards:

High School Diploma or GED.  One (1) year of quantity food preparation experience preferred.

Knowledge of basic techniques in food preparation; knowledge and skill in the use and care of kitchen equipment; knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements relating to kitchen, equipment and food preparation; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients and food portions for serving; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to o manual work.  Valid Tennessee Driver's License; msut have reliable transportation during the course of the work day.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule; as early as 6:00a.m. and as late as 3:00p.m.  Must be able to report to work daily as scheduled.  Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English.
