OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Department has general responsibility for overseeing custodian training and quality control through coordination with school principals/facility managers and the monitoring of the custodian supplies & equipment budgets. The department has 6 Custodian Inspectors under the direction of the Director of Operations. These inspectors consult with principals/facility managers regarding custodian needs and assist them as possible.
The department is also responsible for general grounds maintenance to include mowing, trimming, nursery, playground repair, water line repair, fencing, driveways or any other exterior repairs necessary.

Pest control
Gym refinishing
Dust Mop
Pavement
Custodial cleaning supplies
Grease Interceptor pumping
