AVID Application Process
 
SELECTION PROCESS:

1.  Fill out and return the information below to the student's Guidance Counselor. [Print page]

2.  Counselors and teachers will review the student's record to see that he/she meets the AVID criteria.

3.  Students will be contacted for an interview with the AVID teacher.

4.  Letters will be sent home at the end of the school year to let students know if they have been accepted into the program.

5.  The AVID Class will show on the student's schedule when he/she goes to school in the fall.

REMEMBER:
    AVID requires voluntary participation.
    AVID is NOT remediation.
