All major solicitations for goods and services required by Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), except for construction projects, are processed through the Purchasing Division of the Finance Department of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro).  Information on MNPS construction projects may be found on its Website [link], in the Dodge Room or by contacting Arnold VonHagen, Director of Plant Planning and Construction, at arnold.vonhagen@mnps.org or 615-259-8530.  Metro solicitations may be read, downloaded and copied from the Metro Website at www.Nashville.Gov using the following instructions:

1. Go to the Metro Website: www.Nashville.Gov
2. On the right hand side of the Home Page find the section beginning with: "I Want To:"
3. Scroll down until you see “Bid on Purchases and Contracts” and click on it
4. Scroll down the list to review the titles of solicitations (Invitations to Bid are in blue; Requests for Proposals are in pink)
5. Click on the Request Number of any item of interest and you will see a selection of underscored documents that you may view and/or download
6. Follow the instructions in the solicitation documents
