Registration is required for a vendor to be eligible to receive a check from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) and to receive notification of future Metro Invitations to Bid and/or Requests for Proposals.  Registration is not required to bid or propose on Metro solicitations. Interested vendors may apply on-line at the Metro Website at www.Nashville.Gov .  Please see the instructions below:

1. Go to the Metro Website: www.Nashville.Gov
2. On the right hand side of the Home Page find the section beginning with: "I Want To:"
3. Scroll down until you see “Complete a Vendor App.” And click on it
4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Once you have filled out this application, you will receive notification of bids on the commodities and services for which you registered.  The solicitation notice will be sent to you by e-mail, fax or U.S. Postal Service per the instruction in your vendor application.
