MNPS will consider for approval only proposals that clearly demonstrate high potential for accelerating the realization of MNPS strategic goals. MNPS is implementing a strategic instructional approach designed to meet those goals within the goal-specified times. Proposals deemed to divert attention, energy, time or other resources from that approach will not be considered.
