Central Office Evaluation

The evaluation instruments and procedures for central office administrators have been completed.
The employee’s supervisor will be responsible for the evaluation which includes a structured interview,
a questionnaire regarding the employee’s performance completed by a sampling of stakeholders,
and a summative evaluation document. Each administrator will be required to be evaluated annually.
Training in the evaluation procedures will begin in September and all central office administrators
will be evaluated under the new procedures during the 2005-2006 school year. A DSOP for Central
Office Administrator Evaluation is currently being developed.
