Principal for a Day


Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and PENCIL Foundation hosted the annual Principal for a Day Thursday, October 11, 2007.

More than 100 business and community leaders spent a few hours of their day in a new role as principal of a Metro school. After the morning’s activities, Belmont’s Curb Center and the Bank of Nashville sponsored a luncheon to thank and recognize participants at the Curb Center.

The event gives schools and the community a chance to build relationships as well as create support and understanding for the challenges administrators face on a day-to-day basis.
