Course Description
This course is designed to enable students who have a particular interest in swimming to develop maximum knowledge and skills in water related activities. This course is designed to meet the standards set by the American Red Cross or the YMCA for regular and advanced swimming courses and lifeguard training.
Course of Study
This course will focus on the enhancement of individual aquatic skills and the development of lifesaving techniques to qualify for the American Red Cross or YMCA certification.
· Instructor must have Water Safety Instructor License and CPR Certification in order to teach this course)
